SCROLL
-my Goal-
My Faith comes first and foremost in my coaching style. I strive to instill Christlike morals to provide the next generation with coaching that nurtures both mental and physical growth. Here at Pipeline, were all about One on One teaching to develop a relationship that lasts throughout your entire baseball journey. I’m committed to building a strong community foundation through discipline, humility and perseverance. Focusing on instilling confidence and a lifelong passion for the game—starting with sound fundamentals and mechanics. By establishing smart habits early, we eliminate the costly struggles of correction later, setting every athlete up for lasting success.
- About Me -
Colorado native, husband to Brooke, and father of three, balancing life as a contractor by day with a deeper calling to lead my family through faith and humility. Carrying the weight of unmet potential and past failures as a teammate and individual. Those regrets fuel my resolve to grow beyond ego, showing up daily as the steady, selfless leader my wife and kids deserve. Anchored by the relentless prayers of my upbringing and the quiet support of those who never quit on me, I press forward, turning hard lessons into quiet strength all for His Glory.

Discipline
After a full day of healing crowds, teaching, and traveling by boat, Jesus dismissed thousands and went up on a mountainside by Himself to pray—continuing late into the night while His disciples slept (Mark 6:46; Matthew 14:23). He prioritized spiritual discipline over needed rest.
Humility
He washed His disciples' feet (John 13:1-17) and entered Jerusalem on a donkey, not as a conquering king (Matthew 21:1-11). For athletes, this looks like giving credit to teammates after a win, learning from losses without ego, and serving the team
Perserverance
Jesus endured betrayal, mockery, and the cross without quitting (Hebrews 12:2; Isaiah 53:7). Baseball is a game of failure and knowing failure is not a reflection of ones worth.
